This is Icy Painterly pack by rhodox with a little twist by me.
All the pixels in there are so beautiful \@_@/
Out of the customize link here in this page, I set everything to Icy stuffs.
Then I made some customization manually to terrain.png to make most of the block matches more for icy theme and volla.
Although I don’t know if I have the right to share my zipped one but I will after I’m done reading all this details if they allow it… so beautiful @p@
